STOP SUFFERING

Our feet are in constant use and we expect them to last all our lives., affording us support, mobility, shock absorption, leverage, walking running, dancing etc.

Most people do not even have to think about their feet until they start to hurt.  90% of  the foot related problem is a direct result of unsuitable footwear.

Footwear  need not be expensive as long as it fits properly.  You should be able to wiggle your toes inside the footwear.  As we get older the foot splays a lot more indicating a  need for wider fitting footwear (not bigger size just wider).

Majority of foot problems are a result of poor footwear at the present or in the past.  Some problems maybe related to gait or may be congenital. We will treat and or advise on a variety of foot related problems such as:

Corns

Hard Skin

Painful Feet

Skin disorder

Heel Pain

Athletes Foot

Problem Nails

Verruca/Warts various treatments available cryo (freezing)

Foot odour
